Guardian Angel Animal Rescue (GAAR) was formed in 2001, based out of Livonia, Michigan. We continue to hold high standards for our volunteers, fosters and adopters. We're an organization that is full of determination, love and compassion. We are foster based and our supporters are the only reason we can continue to save lives. 100% of all donations go directly to the animals.

We aim to give hope when all hope is lost and show our rescues that a hand can give loving touches. There will be no more hunger, pain or fear once an animal is taken in under our wings. GAAR takes part in outreach programs and often teams up with other rescues to work toward common rescue goals.
